If a flurry of posts on Next Door are accurate, Councilmember Nithya Raman would like to
make last-minute changes to the proposed Hollywood Community Plan and eliminate
building height restrictions on quintessential Hillhurst Avenue in Los Feliz. The Los Feliz
Improvement Association (LFIA), which has been in existence for over 100 years, posted
a link to a website with more details and instructions on how to comment on the plan to
up-zone portions of Los Feliz to allow denser, taller, wider buildings with less parking
requirements.
