SB79 Put on Pause by City Council
Governor Newsom recently signed Senate Bill 79 (SB79), which allows for the construction of multi-family housing near rail, subway, and rapid bus transit stops. Halloween Happenings

Slip Sliding Away
For years, soil erosion from the slopes on W. Silver Lake Dr. has covered the sidewalks south of Balmer with loose dirt. That dirt has made walking, jogging, running or using a wheelchair on that stretch of sidewalks extremely dangerous. Especially after a rain. Are We On The Level?
