Starting March 9, qualified residents of CD 13 will be eligible to receive both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination through an outreach program organized by CD 13 Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell. According to the latest update from the councilmember’s office, individuals who are 65 and older, teachers, school staff, restaurant workers and others are eligible to receive the vaccines. CD 13’s community outreach is designed to help residents avoid the sometimes confusing or conflicting information about signing up for the vaccine.
If you are interested in scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination through CD 13, complete the
Interest Form, which will be used to determine eligibility. Once a person is deemed
eligible, they will receive additional information. Vaccines will be administered at the
Elysian Valley Recreation Center the weeks of March 9 (first vaccine) and March 29
(second vaccine).
