The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will be posting "No Signs
Allowed” on the exterior fence surrounding the Silver Lake Reservoir Complex. Only signs
and installations that have received prior permission from the LADWP will be allowed to be
posted. For the past few years, the fence has been used for positive statements, protests
and artistic expression. But it has also been used to post offensive, derogatory and
extremely divisive rhetoric, which is a shame and a poor reflection on our community.
Silver Lake Together fully supports the decision made by the LADWP.
